 Keyboard shortcuts will speed up the request for commands as well as prevent the user from accidentally clicking on the wrong choice in a menu.
Print the attached Keyboard Shortcut page and practice using the listed shortcuts to perform the commands. Remember it is important to first highlight the document or the section you want to apply a style.
